The MIZAR app is provided by Anton Martynenko, sole proprietor (FOP), Ukraine. By using the app you agree to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and these terms.

Road safety

• MIZAR is a navigation aid. Always follow traffic rules, road signs and actual road conditions.
• Do not operate the app while driving. Set up your route before you start.
• Accuracy of position, maps and routes is not guaranteed: it depends on the dish, satellites, and map and routing services.

Starlink

MIZAR is not affiliated with SpaceX or Starlink. Dish position is available only for Starlink business accounts with the appropriate settings. If SpaceX changes or removes access to this data, the feature may stop working; navigation by phone GPS will remain.

MIZAR Pro subscription

• Pro features require a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). The price is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel it in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by inaccurate navigation or outages of services or the dish.
